If you’re here it’s probably because I’ve commissioned you to draw one of my D&D characters! If that’s not why you’re here… uh, enjoy looking around I guess!This is where I keep blurbs and reference images about my D&D characters. Declan Steelsong

Half-Elf Artificer, Artillerist, Chaotic Good, He/Him

OVERVIEW

Declan is a male half-elf, half-human. He’s tall (6’0”) with a slender/average build, longish blonde hair that he often ties in a sloppy ponytail to keep it out of his way. He has his elven mother’s lilac-colored eyes and some of her more delicate elven features, including pointed ears. He has made a decent life for himself and always dresses nicely, but it’s undone by the fact that he is usually also covered in grease stains, soot, and the occasional burn from all his tinkering and experimenting. He spent the early part of his life often mistreated by his human father, but now lives happily as a watchmaker and sometimes-adventurer, alongside his best friend, a taciturn Warforged named Lucy.Declan loves to tinker, build things, and learn. His curiosity and enthusiasm know no bounds and sometimes get him into trouble, earning him a reputation as being somewhat eccentric. He’s very big on book smarts and does not have much in the way of street smarts. He’s a sheltered nerd, but likable enough thanks to his excitable puppy dog nature.

Fashion

Declan’s sense of fashion is very Victorian with some Steampunk elements. Lots of layers (waistcoats, jackets or long overcoats, etc). His belt and pockets are usually overflowing with odds and ends, like chains, gears, small parts and pieces from his various projects. His clothes would be considered fine if not for all the junk and smears of grease or soot all over him. Notably, he wears a tophat with goggles. He also favors browns, golds and purples in his wardrobe.

Magic

When Declan uses magic, it looks like the glow effects from these weapons, with the purple light, gold sparks and spectral gears.A static image:

Inventions

Declan’s spellcasting appears to come from an array of inventions that he keeps on him at all times. Most of them are small clockwork animals made of gold and brass that glow with the same effect as above. Some of those are:

Daisy

Tiefling Monk, Way of the Sun Soul, Neutral Good, She/Her

OVERVIEW

Daisy is a female tiefling with yellow skin and long, slightly arcing horns that fade to sky blue at the tips. Her eyes are sky blue and pupil-less. She is 5’7” tall and 32 years old. Daisy was born and raised on a small, secluded island far, far beyond the mainland. Most of the island is taken up by a temple dedicated to teaching and training monks in the way of the Sun Soul. There, they worship many gods of light and life from all over, and live very simply. This kind of makes her come off as sheltered or oblivious since she is unused to living outside of her home. She is very sweet and does everything very earnestly, though. She is always smiling, always sweet, and has very little tolerance for injustice.

MISC.

Build & Hair

Daisy is well-built and muscular, but not super swole. She is still a DEX fighter!She has light orange hair that she wears in a long, chunky braid with side-swept bangs. She keeps white daisies woven into her hair.

Winter

Drow Half-Elf Warlock, Pact of the Great Old One, True Neutral, He/Him

Overview

Winter is a half-elf warlock with drow and human heritage. As a boy, he was taken off the streets of Waterdeep by a guild of thieves, and quickly rose through their ranks. In a fit of jealousy over Winter being the perceived favorite of the guild’s leader, the guild’s second in command took him on a job with the intent to kill him. Winter survived, but was left for dead in an old temple. An eldritch entity (a giant, unknowable space octopus) imprisoned in that temple reached out to Winter with a bargain: its freedom for his survival. How could he possibly say no?Armed with new powers and a second chance at life, Winter returned to the guild headquarters and blasted a hole through the chest of his would-be murderer. As a result, Winter inherited the position of second in command, and there he has been ever since. His charm and easy manner make him adept at the arts of persuasion and deception, and his patron has given him plenty of gifts to aid in his thievery.

Fashion

Winter wears mostly black, with a lot of leather and straps and buckles. Waist corsets and flowy shirts are a must! He accents with silver jewelry. Will sometimes wear dark jewel tones.The signature of his guild is a black cloak with blue interior lining.
